On Friday in South Carolina, the 14-year-old suspect in an elementary school

shooting was charged for murder as a juvenile for the crime. Authorities have said
the teen opened fire at Townville Elementary School in Anderson County, on
Wednesday, wounding a teacher and two young boys. One of the boys, 6-year-old
Jacob Hall, was critically injured and currently still remains in critical condition at
the Greenville Health System Children's Hospital. The suspects father, Jeffrey
Dewitt Osborne, 47, was later found dead in their home which lead to the charge of
murder for the 14-year-old suspect. The judge in the case has ordered the teen to be
held on charges and his defense attorney waived the boy's next court appearance.
Sources have not released the name of the suspect due to his age. Im Evan Pearce,
