Question # 1
What is difference between MHz and bits per second?
Answer:-

Hertz:
Definition - The hertz (symbol Hz) is the unit of
frequency in the International System of Units (SI) and
is defined as one cycle per second. It is named for Heinrich
Rudolf Hertz, the first person to provide conclusive proof of
the existence of electromagnetic waves.

Megahertz:
One MHz represents one million cycles per second. The
speed of microprocessors, called the clock speed, is measured
in megahertz.

Example:
A microprocessor that runs at 200 MHz executes 200 million
cycles per second.

Bits per Second

In data communications, bits per
second (abbreviated bps or bit/sec) is a common measure of
data speed for computer modems and transmission carriers.
As the term implies, the speed in bps is equal to the number
of bits transmitted or received each second.

Example:-

One byte per second (1 B/s) corresponds to 8 bit/s.

Question # 2
How we can calculate Mbps form bits and MHz?

: Conversion of bits, MHz to Mbps

Formula:
The Herts (hz) is a term meaning 1/second, so:
bits * mega/second = megabits/second
Assuming there are 8 bits in a byte:
(megabits/second) / 8 = megabytes/second
Example # 1
16 bits @ 8 MHz = 16 Mbps
Example # 2
32 bits @ 8 MHz = 32 Mbps
Example # 3
32 bits @ 25 MHz = 100 Mbps
If we want to have this rate in bps rather than Mbps then we
multiply with 1000000.
