Curriculum

Bible: We will begin our new unit about the birth of Jesus.
Writing: Students will begin typing a letter to their grandparents or special
friend about their favorite book.
Reading: Students will be reviewing the stories and vocabulary words from
the first reading unit. We will be reviewing statements, questions, subjects,
predicates, and sentence combining in grammar this week.
Vowac: Students will be reviewing vowel teams this week.
Math: We will continue to work on learning our addition facts to 18. Please
keep working on the flash cards at home!
Science: We will be taking a closer look at other bugs, insects, and spiders.
