This solution aims to calculate the provision in the payroll. The solution includes:

All provision related setting is done via IMG setting, following screenshot and steps show the detail
configuration.

3.2.1 Renewal government documents provision

We use table view V_T7QA72 to maintain which document will be provisioned.

3.2.2 Schooling allowance provision

The wage type M042 is the default wage type for saving educational allowance. You can create your own wage
type for this purpose by copying M042. In this case, make sure the return value of this feature is aligned

The parameter Y is cumulating type. It can be configured in Payroll Qatar, under Cumulations -> Special

Cumulations -> Define Cumulation Types. Like the below picture

3.2.3 Health Insurance provision

The provision will be calculated automatically as per employee health insurance benefit plan. The
customizing for health insurance please refers to health insurance section.

3.2.4 Vacation payment provision

10: is quota type. You can create your own quota type and configure it here.
A: The system uses the annual quota of the specified absence quota type as the calculation base for leave
provision. You also can adjust it to M for monthly quota.

3.2.5 Leave passage provision

Refer to leave passage configuration document.

3.2.6 Provision Report

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the types of provisions in your company.
Specify all the provision types that the report can process.
