Ensure continuous improvement in Customer Satisfaction levels through


analysis of customer contact drivers in all touch points (call center, outlet,
on-line & off-line dealers); this includes mystery shopping, field visits/audits,
remote call monitoring etc
• Analyze all customer feedback data including:
- Customer contacts (call/email monitoring)
o Trouble Ticket analysis and trending
o Customer Survey Results
o Executive Escalations
o Regulatory and formal complaints
o Cancellation reasons and saves
o Cross functional issues with regards to SLAs
• Provide feedback and reporting on Quality metrics and measurement

• Assist with root cause analysis and problem resolution
• Create, conduct and report periodic Customer Satisfaction surveys

processes, products, tools and services leading to customer dissatisfaction
• Monitor results of action plans to ensure issues have been successfully
resolved
• Undertake periodic quality audits in terms of service excellence and
compliance to SLAs
• Measure SLAs against actual performance by cross functional departments
in terms of respond time to escalations, 1st call resolution, quality of
resolution and customer/employee satisfaction
- Work out and introduce uniform business processes directed on servicing.
- Control performance of business processes of CS.
- Control of timely and qualitative performance of the tasks in co-operation
with other divisions of the Company
- Optimize business processes to enhance CS work in order to increase
customer satisfactions and reduce operating cost
- Make analysis of influence of operating business processes on CS KPIs
- Maintain methodological and information support to employees of the
Company on technology of servicing.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field or equivalent


experience in local, experience in telecommunications or service
industry is preferred
• 1 years in experience in a service related environment - Quality
Assurance environment
• Strong PC skills (MSOffice, Microsoft Project – advance level)
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communications, motivational and interpersonal skills
• Strong Project and Process Management skills
• Experience in conducting customer satisfaction surveys, analysis is
preferred

Drive formulation and implementation of trade marketing strategy that ensures
