IJAMBO RYIBANZE
Basomyi dukunda, tunejejwe no kubagezaho iyi nyandiko ngufi yerekana
Itorero ryukuri nintego zaryo, dore ko ubu ryatwikiriwe na baringa yibisa
nitorero, hagamijwe gushaka inyungu, abayoboke nicyubahiro. Ingaruka

abona; kuko Nyagasani akwifuriza ubwenge bwiza, ubuzima bwiza nimico
myiza. Inzira yumukiranutsi ni ugutungana, kandi wowe utunganye ni wowe
uyobora umukiranutsi mu rugendo rwe. Ni koko, Uwiteka Nyagasani mu nzira

Itorero ryukuri ni abantu bake cyangwa benshi, bahamagawe nImana
bakuwe mu bandi, kugira ngo bagire imico yImana, barengere ukuri kwayo.
Ariko mwebweho muri ubwoko bwatoranijwe, abatambyi bubwami,
ishyanga ryera, nabantu Imana yaronse, kugira ngo mwamamaze ishimwe
ryiyabahamagaye ikabakura mu mwijima, ikabageza mu mucyo wayo
witangaza. (1 Pet. 2:9)

yamoko, uturere namadini. Buko Ijambo ryImana mwarihinduye ubusa, ngo
mukomeze imigenzo yanyu. Mwa ndyarya mwe, Yesaya yahanuye ibyanyu neza
ati Ubu bwoko bunshimisha iminwa, ariko imitima yabo imba kure.
Bansengera ubusa, kuko inyigisho bigisha ari amategeko yabantu. (Matayo
15:6-9)
Inzira yamahoro ntibayizi; kandi mu migendere yabo ntibagira imanza
zitabera; biremeye inzira zigoramye, uzigendamo wese, ntazi amahoro. (Yesaya

Imana yemera ko abakene baba muri buri torero, kandi bazahora muri
twe, kandi kubitaho ni inshingano Imana ishyira kuri buri mwizera. Iyo
nshingano ntitugomba kuyihereza ku bandi. Tugomba kugaragariza urukundo
nimpuhwe abakene bari hagati muri twe, nkibyo Kristo yakabagaragarije iyaba

6. Kudakenerana mu nama
Umugabo numugore bashinzwe ku-zuzanya, bagakeburana, bakagira ikiganiro cyubaka. Amakimbirane asho-bora kubuza uwo murongo, bikabyara :
amasuzugurane
kunanirwa guhurira ku cyerekezo.
Vitamines B1, B2, B6, B8, B9. Ibyo ni ubuki, ingano, onyo, tomate, avoka,
amacunga, ipapayi, nibindi.
