Arrival in BILBAO: Airport pick up on scheduled times (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
September 5 (Tuesday)

Group meets at the University of Deusto. Main entrance (Information desk at revolving
doors).
Families will guide students to the University. A CIDE representative will guide dorm
residents to the University.
9:00 a.m.
Official welcome. Room: Auditorio.
9:15-10:15 a.m.
Spanish placement test. Room: TBA.
10:30 a.m.
First orientation session: Bilbao and University of Deusto. Room: Auditorio.

First orientation visit to downtown Bilbao.

Tour: University of Deusto.

Official registration deadline.
September 22-23-24 (Friday-Sunday)
Tour: Madrid and Toledo. The group will be accompanied by several CIDE Program coordinators. Travel
expenses, tickets to museums, hotel and meals included. Meeting place and time: TBA.
October 6 (Friday)
Excursion to South of France. Travel expenses and lunch included. Meeting place and time: TBA.
October 12 (Thursday)
No class. Holiday: Nuestra Seora del Pilar
October 20 (Friday)
Excursion to towns within the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. Travel expenses and lunch included. Meeting place

November 1 (Wednesday)
No class. Holiday: All Saints
November 23 (Thursday)
Thanksgiving Dinner.
December 6 (Wednesday)
No class. Holiday: Constitution Day.
December 8 (Friday)
No class. Holiday: Inmaculada.

Final exams.
