1. Only full-time positions will be eligible for employee referrals.

2. The hiring manager must be aware of the referral before the interview of the candidate.
3. In order to be eligible to receive payment, the completed form must be received by the HR
department, prior to the employees hire date.
4. You must be an active employee during the pay week in which you receive payment.
5. Payment will be made the pay week following the week in which the referred employee reaches the
qualifying service milestone.
6. Managers are eligible to participate in the program only if they refer an employee to a department
other than their own.
7. All payments are processed through payroll with all statutory deductions being withheld.
