NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING:

CASE MANAGEMENT MEETING

The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (PRC) gives notice of its
Open Meeting: Case Management Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 5,
2016, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the 4th Floor Hearing Room of the
PERA Building at 1120 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
A specific agenda will be posted at least 72 hours before the meeting on the
bulletin board outside Room 406, on the 4th floor of the PERA Building and on the
PRCs website: www.nmprc.state.nm.us. The order of the agenda items may be revised
at the open meeting.
The Commission may request that any party answer clarifying questions or
provide oral argument with respect to any matter listed on the agenda.

If the

Commission makes such a request, any party present at the meeting, either in person or
by telephone, shall have an equal opportunity to respond to such questions or argument.
In the event a party whose case is on the agenda chooses not to appear, the absence of
that party shall not cause such discussion or argument to become ex-parte
communication.
