Introduction:
Contractor is to test the new water tank at the roof top to cater for new
dialysis point
Responsibility:

Project engineer and site supervisor are to ensure work carried

out are as per stated in the method statement and in safe
manner.
All workers are to be equipped with required PPE as per in house
rule.

Procedure:
1. Standby men at rooftop and FRC to monitor the BMS alarm.
2. Isolate the Water Tank for testing to avoid any disruption to
operations.
a. Check if Ward Dialysis points were able to operate
3. Fill the tank until the High Level alarm activates and note down
the water level.
4. Drain the tank until the Low level alarm activates and note down
the water level.
5. Fill up the water tank for normal operation.
6. Redo the step 2 to step 5 to test the water tank.
7. Once testing completed ensure dialysis points operates normally.
8. Housekeep the rooftop water tank location once testing is
completed.
