On-The-Job Training

Feedback Form

Name of Student: Jennylyn B. Sina-on

Date: May 26, 2016
1.

What did you enjoy most about your job assignment?

I enjoyed all tasks assigned to me because I learned something new and I
could see the value of doing each task. The teamwork that my co-trainees and
I have shared during the training made everything more enjoyable because the
job assignment became lighter and we could finish it earlier than expected.

2.

What did you learn during the past week that you anticipate will be useful in
your future employment?
Attitude towards work is the most important thing that I learned during the
past weeks of my training. I learned to communicate well with my superiors,
prolong my patience in every task assignment, and self-discipline. I am sure
that these things would be useful in my future employment.

3.

Was there anything you did not understand in your job assignment? Please
provide specific examples.
I understood all tasks assigned to me since I was not shy to ask my superior
if there was something that was not clear to me. For example, filling up of
Income Tax Returns and other BIR Forms. I had no single idea about it since I
have not yet taken Income Taxation subject. I asked for help and my superior
willingly assisted and taught me.

4.

What is the most valuable thing you learned (knowledge or skills) in your few
weeks with your job assignment?
The most valuable thing I learned was about the accounting information
system. Computer plays an important role in accounting. Knowing how it works
and how to use it is already a big thing for me. Another thing I learned was
being accurate, neutral and consistent with the reports and forms.

5.

What other specific comments do you have?

Having a kind, understanding, generous and patient Training Supervisor is a
blessing for a trainee like me. I would not have learned much if my superior is
not willing to help and teach me with the things I did not know.
