HAUNTS FOR HUNGER 2016

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
EVENT DATES: October 29, 30, and 31, Spooky 5:30-7, Scary
7:30-9
SETUP/TEARDOWN
Volunteers are greatly needed for setup and teardown! Upon arrival to the
work day, you will be asked to check in and receive a safety briefing
(required once per person, for the whole season). Please give at least 1-2
hours of your time during each day you attend. Snacks will be provided.

ATTIRE:

Please wear closed toed shoes. Depending on the work day, you
may be working in the cold (or wet), with spray paint (or other materials that
can stain), and on ladders. You will be supplied with proper safety equip.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
EVENT STAFF
Thank you for your interest in becoming event
staff for Haunts for Hunger 2016! Your help is
greatly appreciated! We have three types of
positions you can volunteer for:
1. Actor/Actress: With an acting position, you
are responsible for the acting in an assigned
scene. You are what makes Haunts for
Hunger scary! NO ACTING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! As always, the
more you can commit, the bigger part you are eligible for!
2. Makeup Artist: If you still want to be on event staff, but cannot commit
as much time, this could be for you! With many actors in need of
makeup, ranging from a simple clown design, to an impaled arm, we
greatly want makeup artists! N
o prior makeup experience necessary!
3. Management Positions: If you have experience leading people or
working on a play, this position could be for you! These positions will
consist of helping resolve conflicts, respond to any conflicts, and help

ORIENTATION MEETING: The orientation meeting is required for ALL EVENT

STAFF! Pick a date and please attend!
October 18th: 3:15-4:45pm in the DANCE STUDIO, at Greenhills School.
October 23rd: 3:30-5pm at 755 Kuehnle St., Ann Arbor
SCARE SCHOOL: Please keep your schedules open for October 23rd, 28th,
OR 30th. You will be assigned a date at orientation. Scare School times are
TBD (except the 30th), it is held at 755 Kuehnle St., A2!
