Why We Will Con nue To STRESS Performance Maintenance This Fall!

Rumor has it that this winter is

going to be COLD. Meteorologists are predic ng lows down
to forty below. While extreme
temperatures are our bread
and bu er, we want all of our
customers to be prepared, and
- taken care of in the event of
HVAC equipment failure. Because otherwise, without a
doubt, your equipment will let
you down on the coldest day
this season.
Consider a Performance Based
Maintenance Agreement.
Here are three reasons why:

Convenience
We understand that our
customers have jobs and
lives outside of caring for
their hea ng system. So,
here at Corcoran Hea ng
and Air Condi oning, well
help. By keeping track of
the last me your system
was serviced, or the eecve dates of your maintenance contract, we can
help by reminding you to
schedule an appointment
or to renew your agreement. If anything is needed in the interim, call
Brenda she has all of the
answers!

Energy Savings
Who wouldnt like a decline in their u lity bills?

But when components of your

hea ng equipment are run
down or in need
of repair, your
furnace or boiler
works twice as
hard. Were
here to make
sure that
doesnt happen.
Our company
wants to help
you run your
system(s) to
maximum eciency while
limi ng the impact on u lity expenses.
By your commitment to a
maintenance agreement,
we are going to make sure
on a mely basis that
there arent any leaks or
other factors which could
inhibit performance.

Stress Preven on
It more than a hiccup during the worst of winter!
Nothing can be more of an
ulcer than an unexpected
break down and subsequent repair. A homes
HVAC system is perhaps
the most important but
least thought about appliance you have. Dont panic, take me o your job

Passing Along the Long Term Reviews Form Clients da ng 25 Years Back!
Corcoran Hea ng wants to
start hearing more from our
customers and seeing how our
work can impact others. We
went ahead and asked George
and Kathy R. from Inverness,
what their experiences have
been like. Our company was
founded 30 years ago, and
they have been our customer
for 25 of those years! Obviously we are mee ng their needs
or they wouldnt be coming
back! George was willing to
share his familys story with
me and welcomed me into
their home. There I learned

that this family was s ll holding onto one original AC unit

and one original furnace!
Wow! It le me speechless
that Corcoran Hea ng was
able to properly maintain
these units for 25 years and
keep them running to full eciency.

that he

maintenance agreement customers, because they understand why it is important to
properly maintain the units for
maximum lifespan! It is a
pleasure to work with George

Toms Two Cents October Wisdom & Notes For Fun...

Fall is my favorite season.
Hopefully, well have one.
Despite our extended summer,
winter is coming. The rst
snowfall is usually around the
third week in November - only
eight weeks from now. You
have your list of things to do to
prepare for it and John has
some helpful sugges ons on
our website.
For my two cents, I can tell you
that scorching summers and
the bi er cold of winter force
your HVAC equipment to run
longer. Poorly maintained
equipment can be dangerous
and create really expensive
disasters. The preventa ve
program we have in place

through our maintenance

agreements ensure our customers have one less thing to
worry about. Our par cipa ng
customers receive priority
scheduling and rarely face unexpected break downs. If you
havent done it already, talk to
Brenda about scheduling as
spots are lling up quickly.
What else is going on over at
Corcorans? We get a ton of
referrals from our exis ng customers and really appreciate
them. You may have no ced in
the last few months we have
dedicated some space in this
newsle er to repor ng on the
experiences of a few of our
customers. And yes, they have

been posi ve ones. But honestly, I want to know about the

nega ve ones, too. Either way,
it helps: by expanding our customer base on the high note,
or keeping you as a customer
by allowing me to make things
right should anything not be.
Going forward, we plan on
using some new adver sing
and marke ng as well as doing
more follow up calls and interviews. I know that solici ng
feedback can be a lot to ask. In
return for the me you may
spend answering our quesons, we will con nue to oer
our en cement of a chance to
win a TV or bicycle in our biannual drawing.

Other than that, I want to say

Happy 35th Anniversary to my
lovely wife Janet ---and a big
way to go! to my dad who
just had his 90th Birthday.
Time ies (WOW).
Go Cubs. Go Bears. Sox enjoy
the golf course... And yep,
anxious for the Blackhawks to
start! Talk soon.
