Keynesian theorists maintain that wages need not fall to maintain full
employment. All over the world business sector regulate now a day like heart of the
economy. Why we should love our work? Should we need to become productive in your
specialization? Government have a big role to do some decision for our country to have
high rate of employment whether inside or outside of our country.
This movie can assist who to appreciate the importance of work in near future,
although we are student right now but as we go older we should input ourselves to the
reality world of business. The first thing that Up In The Air hint my heart when Ryan Biag

own family its because how you feed your family if you dont have money to buy there
need & wants. Secondly, that downsizing of business should follow the step because
some people getting older in working within the business them. Downsizing helps to
drives down wages but if the one who will fire the employees will only use an
information system through the use of internet and with the aid computer web cameras,
it will lead to low morale of that certain employee and it will affect them psychologically
because you dont even predict the emotional effect of person after their past decision
coz behavior have big different. Thats why we should use information system correctly
depending upon the purpose and time because technology sometimes can cause
destruction to others if it will not be used with caution.
Hersey and Blanchard said Many of our most critical problems are most in the
world thing, but in the world of people. Living in this world with our family the biggest
thing that no one can replace from them, thus love of our family or someone is gift from
our almighty Father. Along with the path of travel there is problem facing your business
but in final destination the success of your hard work can win at the end with true love in
