Dear Sir Dante,

With my deepest apologies, I would like to apologize for not wearing my Student Identification
Card on the 27th of April year 2016 upon entering the premises of the Main Library of Mapua
Institute of Technology Intramuros. The reason for not wearing and just holding my ID, is
that due to the hot weather causing too much perspiration, I am having a sensitive neck and may
develop skin/heat rash (because of the ID lace/lanyard). I am considering other ways of wearing
my ID in response to my defiance.
This is the first time of committing an offense subject to the prefect of discipline since studying
here in the institute.
Again I am sincerely apologizing for what I have done and hoping for your kind understanding
and consideration.
