from NTH (WR)-reg.
Sir,
With reference to the subjected training programme, we would like to depute two scientists
Shri U.S.Pradhan and Shri R.N.Lokesh to your good institute.
As you aware NTH (WR) has undergone MOU with Legal Metrology Organisation, Maharashtra
for calibration of Weights & Measures. In this regard it is requested to recall our discussions with you
during your visit NTH, Mumbai.
The controller, Legal Metrology Organisation, Maharashtra has instructed that to carry the
calibration works of balances& weighbridges from NTH (WR), for which the scientists of NTH especially
in the field of calibration require necessary training on calibration techniques of balances& weighbridges.
Hence it is requested to conform their nomination at an early date to enable us to make travel
arrangements to our scientists. It is also requested to provide accommodation at your hostel during their
stay at Ranchi.
