PROSECUTION:
This matter is coming up for closure following information from the patries
that they have reached an amicable settlement .There is a letter dated 7th
January, 2016 written by the respondent to the Law council whereby he
attached a letter dated 24th November, 2015 from the Diocese South West
Uganda and prisons, United Episcopal Church addressed to the Secretary
Law Council and consent judgement dated 11th November, 2015.
I pray that the respondent be discharged and the file should be closed.
