Designation: Supervisor Customer Relations/Sales Operations
Overseen management of bussing contracts, limousine and chauffeur services. Ensured service levels are
adhered to by all team members in a timely and professional manner.
Provided logistical solutions to all project based services such as short term transportation services for events
and corporate entities.
Customer Service: Worked with the team to ensure that one continuously exceeds customer expectations at
all times. Liaised directly with the BDM's to establish business opportunities with new or existing customers.
Ensured that an aggressive sales strategy is adopted to achieve sales and revenue. Established sales targets,
