Instant Activity: Hey everyone! Lets get

started with a game called Dice! When I
roll the dice, we will all do a certain skill
depending on the number to the cones
and back. 1 will be walking, 2 will be
running, 3 will be skipping, 4 will be
hopping, 5 will be jumping, and 6 will be
side shuffling. I want everyone to line up
between the two cones and wait for my
signal.
Transition: When I say go, students will
walk to the water fountain for a quick
water break and walk back and sit on
their poly spot.
Set Induction: Hey class! How are we
doing today? Awesome! Today we are
going to be learning about fitness. Fitness
means a lot of things: how strong you
are, how fast you are, how far you can
jump. Were going to learn some basics
today and have some fun while doing it.
Lets get started!
Purpose: This lesson is important because
it teaches us how to be healthy and
improve our everyday lives by learning
basic fitness concepts.
