Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Initially Pune or Mumbai & thereof in US


Positions: 5
Experience: Must have atleast 3-5 years experience into sales(preferable IT Sales) or IT industry
Salary: Based on experience
Work Timings: Initial 1 year overlapping with US timings

Job Description:
1.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company.

2.

Lead generation, prospecting and other sales methods designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.

3.

Personally develop strong, long- term relationships with senior management at targeted firms.

4. Manage the end- to- end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, onsite presentations, RFP response, multi- day client workshops, negotiation and deal signing.
5. Work in close collaboration with presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and
services fully meet customers business and technology needs.
6. Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client
satisfaction through the sales life cycle.

Skills Required:
1.

Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills.

2.

Demonstration of consistent over- achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets.

3.

Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.

4.

Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets.

5.

Advanced IT knowledge is a must.

6.

Ability to work in a highly professional, corporate environment.

7.

Value created and not order taken attitude.

8. Relevant Experience and knowledge with one of these Domains: Media, Healthcare, Education, BFSI
(Insurance, Bank and Finance services).

Qualification Required:
1.

MBA with minimum 70% aggregate.

2.

Must be an engineering graduate with atleast 60% aggregate.
