This document shows where Pinellas County Deputy Paul Martin filed a false domestic Violence report against the husband of a married woman he was involved with. The husband was in a meeting with the school principle and resource officer regarding the mother's constant attempts to improperly remove the child from the school when the father had custody. Three PCSO patrol cars arrived, the deputies assaulted the father and the mother was permitted to remove the child while they physically restrained the father. After the event, all of the deputies involved failed to issue a report as a favor to Deputy Martin. However, the incident report showed that Deputy Paul Martin was the person that called in the false complaint, even though he was not on the scene and could not have witnessed any altercation.
