    This is with reference to subject captioned above. Please find enclosed list
    of anomalies pointed out by above ground leakage rectification teams during the
    month of Dec-2014 & Jan-2015. The following table depicts anomalies along with
    No. of cases accordingly.

    Leakage rectification, if any, could not be carried out due to G.I Fitting inside
    wall/ plinth/ floor, kindly advise these consumers to expose G.I Fittings
    accordingly.
