several individuals who in one way or another contributed and extended their valuable
assistance in the preparation and completion of this research project.
First and foremost, our utmost gratitude to our Academic Writing lecturer, Puan Arfah
bt. Abdullah whose sincerity and encouragement we will never forget. Besides her unselfish
and unfailing support, she thought us the right way to approach the project and made our job
a lot easier. She has shared valuable insights in the relevance of our study and it truly help the
progression and smoothness of the research project. Puan Arfah has been our inspiration as
we hurdle all the obstacles in the completion this research work.

to answer our questionnaire is vital for the collection of data to complete our
project. Special thanks to Mrs A and Mrs B who chose to remain anonymous for
allowing us to have interview sessions with them. Due to their respective
