NOTICE OF DISHONOR AND DEMAND TO PAY

Mrs. June Francis Chongbian:

This is in connection with your indebtedness to MAITE MORAZA, in the amount of TWO
MILLION (Php2,000,000 .00) pesos , since April 2009 wherein until today remained to be
unpaid.
That I am Nanat Sanoy the Aunt of Maite Moraza who authorized me to collect the full
amount of the long over due loan which is TWO MILLION PESOS. Maite will be using the
money for her business expansion.

Upon presentment with the bank of the checks that you issued, they were
all dishonored for Insufficiency of Funds and were stamped DAIF, some
checks even have a stamp that the account was already closed.
As such, we demand that you settle the above obligation through me or or
through my niece MAITE MORAZA within five (5) days from receipt of this
letter. Otherwise, we will be compelled to initiate the necessary criminal
cases against you for Violation of B.P. 22 (The Bouncing Checks Law) and
for Estafa with the proper courts.
Details of the checks (copies of which are hereto attached) are as follows:
