Fall Picture Day has been rescheduled

for October 17th.

Students have finished i-Ready testing

and may now do lessons at home. This
is a GREAT resource for both math
and reading. You can login at

We are in need of GLUE STICKS!! If

you are able to donate some glue sticks
to the class we would really appreciate
it. We also need small white board
markers the girls have gone through
many markers in only the first quarter.
Please complete the Field Trip
permission form for the upcoming Hi
Touch High Tech field trip. The money
is due by October 14th.

This Weeks Focus

ELA

Due to the missed days from Hurricane

Matthew, we are continuing with our
lesson from last week Lesson 7.
On Friday we will have our spelling quiz and
tests on grammar, phonics, and vocabulary.
Math

Our Chapter 2 Math test has been pushed

back to Tuesday (10/11).
After the test we will begin Chapter 3:
3.1 How can you use doubles facts to
find sums for near doubles facts?
3.2 - What are some ways to remember
sums?
Science

Unit 1 Lesson 5 How can scientists work

together when making investigations to
solve problems?
We will review for Unit 1 and have our
Unit Test on Thursday. The lesson quizzes
are great study resources for this.
