Score-sheet Labels AAA Provincial Championships

We suggest to use AVERY 5162 labels. This saves you time when preparing for your matches at
these Provincials. It allows for correct spelling of your players and coaches names and is neat
and tidy looking on the score-sheet.
Ensure you have your format set to the sideways position (under layout tab) 90 degrees rotated
left). Just type as normal. Use Calibri Font size 9.
Type in:
Team Name
#1 Player name (First initial, last name) ie. 1 B. Smith
#2 Player name and repeat for all the players on your roster up to a total of 15 Please place
the players in uniform number order. (1,2,3,4, etc.)
Type in the Head Coach and Assistant Coach(s) names as follows:
HC Joe Bloggins
Asst. C Frank Jones
Asst. C Jim Nasium
You will only need one sheet of labels for this tournament. There are 14 labels per sheet.
