Problem Statement: In this day and age, the

demands for programs are growing exponentially,

especially in areas of accounting. Programmers usually
focus on what is given by the client based on their
specific request. This can be time consuming and more
work could be done in that period of time.
Accounting is the most numerical system in the
business industry. The most efficient way to keep files
and accounts in order would be through programs.
Majority of industries take precious time to calculate
accounting information manually with human activity and
this can be improved simply by having programs to do
the job.

Solution: A generalized program to fit the criteria of

any accounting issues or problems. This program would
ask the user what information he/she wants to be
accepted and displayed. A menu would be shown first
detailing the interior of the program and what can be
given regarding accounts. All accounting information and
formulas and display structures would be written in the
program and therefore any company or institution could
purchase this program for any aspects of accounts. This
would ease the strain of programmers and would be

beneficial for users who purchase the product. Other than

making individual accounting programs this would be a
combination of every accounting program put together as
one. For example it would be similar to Microsoft suite.
