1.What is Capital Punishment?
Capital punishment also known as the death
penalty, is a government sanctioned practice
whereby a person is put to death by the state as
punishment for a crime.
2.Is capital Punishment Just or Unjust?
My take on capital punishment
Slow slicing in china
Ash suffocation
Injecting chemicals
Hang till death
Im agree with capital punishment.it should be there
because of following reasons

For example: Indian government spender lakhs of rupees

behind kasab who was terrorist and he had kill many
innocent people in 26/11 taj attack.
It is better to directly give death penalty then keeping
behind bars.
If the person who has committed crime will be alive then in
future he may involve in same crime again and also may
influence others to do so there
Fore giving death penalty through capital punishment is
better.

3.Conclusion
Capital punishment is the worst violation of human
rights, because the right to life is the most important
and capital punishment violates it without necessity.
Capital punishment is one of the controversial topics
because it totally depends on the sect, individual belief
and the ongoing time.
