EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Lets Go for Health Together campaign consists of four sub-activities namely blood
donation, basic medical check-up, health exhibition and first aid talk. The activities are
selected after taking into consideration the needs of the students and staff of Universiti Sains
Malaysia. For example, the blood donation is organised to enable the students and staff of the
university to play their part towards meeting the shortage of blood in the hospital blood bank.
Besides that, the basic medical check-up and health exhibition enables participants to
examine and gain knowledge about their health as well as how to practice a healthy lifestyle.
In addition, the basic first aid talk aims to spread essential first aid knowledge to participants
so that they know how to attend to common injuries and accidents before seeking further
medical help. The president of the campaign hopes that the committee can implement this big
event successfully and that the campaign will run smoothly.

INTRODUCTION
