are black notes and all the 3s are white notes, so you can slide your 2nd finger from '3 to 3.

‘Try to play through Triad Blues in the key of F The I will be F, the IV will be B’ and the
'V will be C. Bending the 3rd for the IV (B') chord is a little trickier than it was in C
(where the IV is F). All the notes will be a perfect 4th higher. Try it, but remember,
bending notes is an aesthetic choice. You don’t need to do it all the time. Sometimes,
you might want to just play the chord cleanly.
