House near the estadium

My house is on a very long avenue in tha new city district in Tacna, Per.
It has two floors, in the first floor there are two batrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a garaje, a

yard, a

dining room and a living room. the bathroom walls are white and very clean,
the yard is small, the bedrooms are very confortable and has a big TV, the
kitchen is very big, theere is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microware, oven,
stove, a cupboard, two faucets and other, in the dining room trere is a large
table with six chairs.
In the second floor there are four bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The
bedroom are large, trere is a big TV, two beds, two lamps, a closet, a dresser,
many pillows, two windows and a big mirror, in the bathroom trere is a bath,
a shower, a sink, three towels, a toilet, a shower, a shelf and toilet paper, the balcony es very nice because I can see the avenue and everything that
happens outside
My house doesnt hace a study and garden, but trere is a stadium near and a small market and many shops where I can buy bread, jam, milk, rice, sugar,
eggs, cereal, butter, etc.

to go the center of Tacna city the bus takes about 20 minutes and the taxi takes about 10 minutes.
