1 tablet bulyon (evde ne yaz ki hazrda et suyu yoktu sizin varsa normal su yerine

hamurundan daha sert bir hamur hazrlanr, zeri rtlerek 10-15 dakika kadar dinlendirili

Baka bir kaseye kyma, rendelenmi soan ,karabiber ve tuz ilave edilerek i malzemesi ha
zrlanr.
Dinlenen hamur bezelere ayrlr, ok ince olmayan bir yufka alr, kk karelere blnr ,
i malzemeden koyulur ve kapatlr.
Yarm tencere kaynar suya 1 ay ka tuz ilave edilir, hazrlanan mantlar ilave edilerek 1
5 dk. piirilir. Tabaa alnan mantlarn zerine, kaynarl geince sarmsak rendelen your
lir.
Tavada yakmadan tereya eritilir, pul biber ilave edilir ve taban zerine gezdirilir. S
ervis yaplr.

Manti
Dough
2 eggs
3.5 cups flour
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
Meat inside
.55 pounds of beef
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Meatless inside
3 medium sized onions (you can put less onion but to me, it gives it taste)
3-4 tablespoons of butter
a little more than half of cup of rice
about the same amount of water
1 tablet of bullion
Salt, pepper, and mint
Dill weed and parsley
Sauce
Yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon flaked red pepper / chili powder
Recipe
In a bowl, crack the eggs, add salt, then beat. Add in half a cup of water and s
lowly add in the flour until the consistency is a tougher than dough for brek. Co
ver the bowl and let set for 10-15 minutes
In a different bowl, add in the beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
Cut the risen dough into four parts. Roll out one of these dough balls. Add flou
r as needed to get it thin. Cut the dough into 1x1 inch squares.
In a large pot, add water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and cook the manti for 10-15
minutes. Serve hot and
