    Respondents are advised that the following alterations and additions are necessary to
    the Tender Documents issued for the above Contract:1.

    Contract Conditions Clause 16.1


    This is to confirm the named party in Annexure A is The Purchaser

    2.

    Contract Conditions Clause 16.2


    This is to confirm the named party in Annexure A is The Purchaser

    3.

    Contract Conditions Clause 16.4


    While we would prefer Professional Indemnity Insurance to be $20m, we will accept
    $10m

    Respondents shall take full account of these amendments in the preparation of their Offer for this
    Contract. Respondents shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the
    Offer Form.
