How to Make Rendang

Ingredients
1. Meat of cow or buffalo, 1 kg (chop the meat becomes square into 20
pieces).

4. Lemongrass, 1
5. Thick coconut milk, 2 L from old big coconut
Blended seasoning
1. Garlic, 2
2. Onion, 4
3. Ginger, 25 gram
4. Turmeric, 15 gram
5. Ginger plant, 75 gram
6. Hot chili pepper, 1 tablespoon (grind it or as you desired)
7. Nutmeg, nutmeg
8. Candlenut, 4
9. Salt, tablespoon

Steps
1. Soak the meat in the seasoning for 1 hour.
2. Cook the coconut milk in the cooking pan with medium flame and
stir it sometime until the oil from coconut milk floating at the
surface (at least 20 minutes), then set aside.
3. In the big cooking pan, pour the meat together with seasoning and
300 ml coconut milk until the meat soaked.
4. Add the bay leaves and lemon grass. Then cook it with medium
flame while stir it sometime until a half of coconut evaporate.
5. Pour 100 ml coconut milk and stir it again until all of the coconut
milk evaporates.
6. Keep stirring and add the rest of coconut milk, about 100 ml for one
pouring.
7. Cook the meat until the meat well done for about 1 hours so that
all of the coconut milk evaporates and rendangs seasoning done.

How To Make Simple Sandwich

Ingredients

How To Make Omelette

Ingredients:
1. an egg.
2. onions cut into pieces.
3. garlic.
4. salt.
5. vegetable oil.
Steps:
1. Pound the garlic and salt.
2. break the egg into a bowl.
3. put the onions, garlic and salt.
4. mix them using a spoon.
5. heat a frying pan.
6. pour the dough into the frying pan. Wait until the dough looks
yellowish.
7. lift using spatula and put in reserve. Wait until the colour is
yellowish.
8. put the omelette into a plate.

How to Make Pancake

Ingredients:
1. an egg
2. butter
3. six tablespoons of flour
4. three tablespoons of sugar
5. 100 ml of liquid milk
6. A teaspoon of baking powder
Steps:
1. Mix the egg well
2. Add the flour, liquid milk, sugar, and baking powder. Stir it well
3. Add the butter which is already melted, stir it and let it stand in 3
minutes
4. Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil on the pan. Heat it and cook the
dough of the pancake on the pan. When the colour of the pancake is
brown, it is the sign that the pancake is ready to serve.

How To Make Dendeng Balado

Ingredients

1.2 kg gravy beef


1/2 tbsp whole coriander seeds, press them using the tip of knife
2 tsp salt
water just enough to cover
500 gr red chilli, set aside 5 chillies for cutting
about 5-10 small red chillies, depending on your preference of
spiciness
7. 20 gr shallot, 3-4 pcs extra depending on the size, for slicing

9. oil for deep frying and stir frying

Instructions
1. Slice the gravy beef into 5 mm in thickness. Lightly salt and mix
until combined.
2. Put the sliced beef in a pot and cover with just enough water (barely
covering the top of the meat). Throw the coriander seeds on the pot.
Bring them to boil and then turn the heat to medium low until the
meat is tenderized.
3. Meanwhile, puree red chillies, shallot, and garlic in a food processor
until fine. No need to achieve a perfect puree. Set aside.
4. Slice the shallot and cut the chillies into long strips. Set aside.
5. When the beef slices are cooked, take them out and reserve the
juice.
6. Get the frying pan ready and heat the oil for deep frying. When the
oil is hot, throw in the meat slices and browned for few seconds. The
idea of deep frying is to brown the surface and dry them off slightly.
Set them aside.
7. Get the wok ready and heat generous amount of oil for stir frying.
Add the chilli mixture puree to the wok and turn the heat to medium
low. Keep stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
8. Add the sliced shallot and chillies, stir to combine.

9. Add salt, sugar and lime juice to taste. Add them a little at the time
and keep tasting. They should have a balance between sweet, salty
and sour.

Add the beef and stir to combine.

Add about 1/2 cup of reserve juice. Depending on how wet you
want them to be, or you could ignore the juice totally.
