Development in the world of property and housing development growing rapidly
every year thus creating the business opportunities, buy and sell homes and
property. Almost every day there are looking for a home, whether for rent or buy
and sell systems for place of business nor residence. It makes increasingly open an
effort breadth and selling the home to do business in the field of property. Business
which are able to produce this large turnover can be done without the budget and
do not require a special place and able to give high commissions to a broker or
property contractors.

Description
Investment in property is still the main choice for most people, because people
assumed that it is the one of the best ways to develop the money. In general
property investment are considered more secure than other types of investment.
Therefore we have to be the master or manage our own investment, so we can
control it almost everything. But this is not only the advantage in property business,
because the most interesting fact of the investment at this property is allows you to
use other peoples money to start investing.
Most other investment product are heavily influenced by external factors. For
example, prices on the stock exchange can be up and down quickly due to the
significant issues or even rumor about politics, government policy, state security,
economic conditions, or like bonds whose price down as inflation rate and interest

But the changes are not too fast, for example, home prices surely could not be
change in a day but month even yearly.

an action house can often provide the advantage for buyer because the price
obtained from auction house usually cheaper but can resold same with the market
value even higher than market value.

I would like to take this opportunity to start the business of property with
perseverance and knowledge about buy and sell the house property through bank
auction house. I really exciting to start this business because I have relation with
people who working in State Saving Bank of Indonesia (BTN), so that I will get the
information once there is available for the auction house which has make sure the
legal, strategic and can be resold to obtain a much higher value
The question now, is it safe to buy the auction house? Bank auction has legal basis, so that
security is guaranteed. But there are number of things we have to consider before buying a
bank auction house so that they do not lose:
1. Make sure the letter
Even if the bank had confirmed the documents completeness the auction house, we have to
double check. Document that must be checked include the building permit (IMB), a
certificate of land and house, as well a property tax.
2. Go directly to home location
Bank will offer the auction house through the mass media or information in their offices. This
information always contains the address details and the condition of the house. Make sure
there is a connection of electricity, water and telephone so that we do not need to install a

25000$. Once we get the information regarding this, we have to pay the money
guarantee 30-50%
*25000$ / 30-50% is 7500$
When we do the transaction of money guarantee from the auction house and get it,
what we do only need to pay the rest of the price from the house.
3. The bank will process the ownership of the house according the explanation as
above mentioned. There is funding to be pay such as property tax, tax on
acquisition of land and building (BPHTB) 5%, Sale and purchase deed (AJB), Transfer
duties (BBN), insurance, Etc.
4. Funding renovate the house after become our property need to be ready.

Conclusion
With this method to develop the money, the investment of the business property is
one of the best way. All depending how we really manage this business and taking

care of this business as well. For property business it does not mean there are no
risks, we still can do the best thing with learn more by read or join in the property
