Most of the women executives were at mid-size organizations, with revenue between $45 million and $100 million. But womens
compensation was comparatively worse in those size groups, especially on the lower-revenue end of the spectrum. Women at
the smallest and the largest associations (either less than $45 million or more than $300 million in revenue) earned the most
money compared with men, even out-earning them on average.
