    Structure:
    The IFR shall have an independent structure. This structure will not be materially affected
    by the removal or addition of sheeting or pontoons.
    Strength:
    The IFR shall be capable of supporting 460kg (1012lb) at any
    point on the deck while the roof is floating or resting on its supports.
