Department of Tourism Licenses Requirements Documents.

1. Photo copy of CNIC (NADRA) of Proprietor / Directors or Partners.
2. Original Bank Certificate on letter had of the Bank showing a Capital of not less
then Two Lac rupees duly signed and stamp by the manager.
3. Attested copy of National Tax Number.
4. Statement of Assets / Liabilities Certificate.
5. Attest copy of Less / Rent Agreement duly signed by both the parties and attested
by Notary Public.
6. Detail plan of your office indicating the space, various counters, show windows,
etc. Office should not less then 250 Square Fts.
7. Attested copy of CNIC, Training / Experience and Educational Qualification in
respect of all the staff.
8. Attested copy of registration of a car minimum 800 Cc in good working
condition for transportation facilities of the staff of the license. And in case of
rent-a-car attested copies of registration of every vehicle use for the purpose.
