Dear Gov. Juanito Jonvic Remulla,

I am Emma Ruth M. Rabacal, 19 years old and currently residing at Sec B Blk 9 Lot 16
Tropical Village, General Trias, Cavite. Presently, I am a third year student taking up Bachelor of
Science in Accountancy at Cavite State University Indang Cavite. This school year 2015-2016
first semester, despite of all difficulties, I was able to get a general weighted average of 1.97 for
24 units.
Nowadays, education is just a privilege and not a right. Thats why Im grateful I had the
chance to pursue my dreams. My mother is a housewife and the only provider in our family is
my eldest sister but since shes a single mother her income is not sufficient for our overall
expenses. And I would really appreciate your educational assistance, its a big help for a student
like me. I will use it to buy some school necessities like books and additional payment for my
tuition fee.
Education has always been an important aspect of my life. Hard work, perseverance,
determination and faith are just some of the requirements in achieving my goal, to be a Certified
Public Accountant. And I know that one day I will provide something meaningful to all people
who became part of my success.
