Workshops, Trainings and Recognitions
Staff attended English Work shop organized by University of
Cambridge ESOL Examinations in chennai for conducting YLE
Training, PET, KET etc., at BRINDAVAN.

Our International School Co-ordinator has been selected one among the
few successful GSP (Global Schools Program) Co-ordinators
Co ordinators for the
GTAM (Global Teacher Accreditation Model) Project by the British
Council, first time in India.

International Partnership with Conyers School, Yarm , North

England has been well established and is in the process for having
teacher reciprocal visit between the two schools in the future.
International Partnership with The First Private High School ,
Szczecin, Poland has been started and Staff, student exchange between
the two schools are being arranged. Polish students arrive at Brindavan

International Video Conference (IVC) with Seoul Youth Centre for

Independence Day
On the eve of Independence day, students have
taken up a social activity of identifying a place
(a temple at Maruthur) and by visiting there,
helped the society people to have their
environment clean and green.

Scintilla 2010 was a remarkable

science
activities, through which every
student enjoyed experiencing all
the

rotation basis paving way for
becoming future Scientists.

Our Library has been equipped with an interactive white


board along with a computer suite to be used as an
on-line library at a future date.

A Note

Environ Activities
Environ
Afforestation at Brindavan is a main event carried
out by students by planting herbal plants, trees and
also as a part of their environmental project plan
and SUPW, erection of a vermi composting pit,
recycling water plant and few other agricultural
activities including water irrigation system etc., are
in the development phase.

We request the parent community


of BVIS to stick to their time

payment fee, which will ease our
administration process and help us
to concentrate more towards the

It is a pleasure for us to release this issue in continuation to completion of


our school building (First Phase). Here in this issue, I congratulate all our
school children for their enthusiasm and spirit towards getting used to the
new environment. Children feeling Brindavan as their community area is
very much approved by our teachers & have proved that it s no contrary to

AUTHORISED TRAINING CENTRE to conduct Training (English Course for
Class I to Class X) for YLE, PET, KET Examinations organized by the University
of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, U.K.
