Creek, Naamans Creek, Ridley Creek, Schuykill River, Stoney Creek, Valley Creek, and the
Schuylkill River Drainage. And, if appropriate, limited adjacent watersheds that directly impact the

I am requesting funding for Sun Valley Watershed Project Feasibilty Study in fiscal year 2009. The
entity to receive funding for this project is Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, located
at 900 S. Fremont Ave , Alhambra, CA 91803. The funding would be used for by the Corps of
Engineers for the feasibility phase, which will continue the investigation of environmental restoration,
water quality improvement, flood mitigation, and other related issues within the Sun Valley

Development Appropriations bill, I am requesting funding for the South Central Pennsylvania Environmental
Improvement Program. The entity to receive funding for this project is the US Anny Corps of Engineers
Baltimore District, located at 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
It is my understanding that funding for this project will provide design and construction assistance for water-
related environmental infrastructure and resource protection and development projects in South Central
Pennsylvania. The program provides the funding necessary for local communities to install basic sewer and
water systems and is a key aspect of building and enhancing infrastructure for many rural communities in
Pennsylvania. To the best of my knowledge, I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any direct or
foreseeable financial interest in this project, which I define as "direct personal or pecuniary interest" under
Clause 1 of House Rule III.
