Executive Board Called to order at 6:01 p.m. by Julie McCrimmon in the SRHS Community

Performed checks and balances with Secretary, account current balance, $4,540.95
Old Business
Discussed Frys Rewards and Arizona Smiles briefly, need to continue getting the word
out to parents (ongoing)
Jeri provided updated information on Parent Planet discount program each booster will
receive 1 card per club; 20% off with the card without the card 10% goes to the school
(closed)
Sand Chevrolet fundraiser was successful, group voted to split the funds 4 ways instead
of (3) $333.33 as in the past, main booster shop for supplies, set ups, tears down events,
and 3 sub-boosters work booth (closed)
Main Booster Bylaws have been approved and available on booster webpage and Main
Booster applications has been submitted (closed)
Julie briefed remaining members needing to be cleared by the district, missing subbooster data, and legal obligation (open)
Booster cards for Main Booster still in the works (open)
New Business
Mailbox procedures were discussed
Bylaw changes were discussed, Administration wanted to know why the dues were
adjusted for SY16-17
o Russ briefed dues for SY 16-17 for boosters will be $107 and new boosters will
be $150
o Funding from Frys Rewards and Arizona Smiles was shared with the boosters
Administration Report was not discussed, absent
Stephanie recapped the Sponsorship program, more to discuss with administration
Next meeting is October 3 at 6:00 p.m., meeting adjourned at 6:34 p.m.

Reviewed funding spent during the SY 15-16 with sub boosters, and provided boosters
with SY16-17 dues
o $150 for new boosters, $107 for established boosters
Arizona Smiles and Frys Rewards were split with the sub-boosters
o Reminded members that Financial reports are due by the 15th of the month,
provide original receipts with reports
o More guidance on using dropbox and excel product for financials

Community Projects
o Frys Community Rewards flyers were passed to sub-booster to encourage their
parents to sign up, school can get up to $50,000 if parents register (ongoing)

Julie briefed the importance of all members having a clearance and legalities when we are
not in compliance
o Sub-Booster Information sheets and membership guidelines 100% submitted

Wrestling inquired about the Sands Chevrolet Fundraiser opportunity, would like to
rotate and have the opportunity to raise funds for their team
o Russ informed members there will be other opportunities and will rotate in the
future, last minute request due to another school cancelling
o All boosters that worked the event had not worked the event before
Sponsorship Program discussed and vendor information was provided for banners by
