Narrative

Patrol responded to Lawrence Avenue for the report of a vehicle

vs. pedestrian collision. Investigation revealed that the above
listed subject had been operating southbound on Lawrence
Avenue and failed to yield right of way to a juvenile bicyclist
crossing in a marked crosswalk; bicyclist was subsequently
transported by Potsdam Rescue Squad to Canton-Potsdam
Hospital Emergency Department for evaluation.
