1. Promote a comprehensive culture of student-athlete success.


A. Recruit/develop/retain talented PSAs and
assistant coaches (emphasize regional and
diverse representation in S-As)
B. Support academic journey of S-As (APR,GSR,

department policies and procedures.

3. Develop/maintain sport programs which produce championship results.
