EVENING

LEILA (16) a mix race girl is walking into the forest,

she turns around to face the camera.
KODI (16)
KODI
Good Afternoon, we are now approaching the place where
the bodies of James and Martha Curry were found.
KODI points in the direction of an abandon campsite,
KODI
(Turns to the camera) Was that any good?
LEILA
(Behind the camera) It was fine. Can we please hurry up
and more on.
KODI
Ok (fixes himself up) Legend says the killer was never
found and officials still dont know if the killer was
even human.
LEILA
Ooooooh scary (laughing and mocking behind camera)
KODI
(Jokingly) look can we just get this done; this place is
giving me the creeps.
KODI look to the right of the camera. As he does his face
drops and become more serious
LEILA
What? Whats wrong?
Camera turns to the direction KODI was looking in but
nothing will be there
KODI There, behind you. I swear I saw something (Still
looking frantically, slightly panicking)

LEILA
(Rationally) it was properly in you head. Come on lets
finish this.
KODI
I know what I saw, but your right lets just get this over
and done with
The creepy noise is heard in from a far distance
KODI
I told you lets just leave it not worth it (turns and
walks away)
LEILA
Wait, where are you going? (Walking after him, camera
become slightly shaky)
Another creepy noise is heard again but this time is a
lot louder to signifies the creature is closer
Camera moves around to find the origin of the noise.
LEILA
(As the camera turns back to KODI) Did you herFocus on KODI running off
LEILA
(Runs after him, camera is shaky as she runs) Hey, wait
up
The camera focus of a second just enough to see KODI get
snatched behind a tree
LEILA
(Stops running) KODI (screaming)
Hears boys shouting for help and almost begging. Also
hear LEILA hyperventilating.

LEILA
(Turns camera on her, wet face and still
hyperventilating)

(A dirty hand grabs LEILA from behind and pulls her back.
As this happens she drops the camera.
The camera is left on the floor and all we hear are her
screams. The camera then cuts out)
