EXPERIENCE
Recruiting
Have moderate experience with recruiting 2016, 2017, and 2018 high school graduates for the
Siena Heights baseball team. Brought in numerous recruits to campus for official visits, sent out
multiple Letter of Intents (LOIs), and have reached the recruitment goals of SHU baseball in
each of the previous two years. Also organized a prospect camp, which hosted 63 recruits.
Directly responsible for the preparation of the event, inviting recruits, and directing the prospect
camp.
Management and Training Skills
Have limited experience managing and training others. Spent the previous two summers training
new employees for TT&C Beaches. Currently training the new graduate assistant for the Siena
Heights baseball team. Also managed the 2015-2016 junior varsity baseball team for Siena
Heights. Led the JV team to a winning record.
Organization
Directly responsible for the organization of three major events. Organized a prospect camp for
recruiting purposes as mentioned before. Also organized the first Community Panel in Lenawee
County, which still meets monthly. Also organized a community breakfast, which hosted over
100 residents of Lenawee County interested in revitalizing the neighborhood.
