Question 1.
A new drug was introduced to the market. The unit sales were recorded over
25 months, see file T6_drug.xlsx.
a. Describe dynamic features of the data in time series plot and suggest an
appropriate model.
b. Write down your fitted model and interpret the meanings of coefficients.
Report the performance of your model.
c. Consider the fitted model. Compute the point forecast and interval forecast
of sales in the 26th month. Interpret your forecast.
