Committee Responsibilities
o Provide feedback, expertise and suggestion to program coordinator as needed
o Periodic meetings (1 hr.)
Two meetings per month during the summer
To plan/prepare events for 2015-16 academic year (more focus on Fall
2015)
o Monthly meetings during fall and spring
Provide updates, progress reports
Prepare for Spring 2016
o Email communication in between meetings as needed
o Record minutes per pre-set schedule
