CT STUDY OF LOWER ABDOMEN P AND C

Visualized Both Kidneys are normal.. No hydronephrosis is seen.. No radio-opaque
renal calculus or mass lesion is seen.
Both ureters are normal in course and caliber.
No lower retroperitoneal adenopathy is seen.
No ascitis is seen.
Urinary Bladder is normal in contour with normal lumen. No calculus or mass lesion is
seen. UB walls are not thickened
Prostate is normal in size and shows normal density of parenchyma. No mass lesion is
seen.
The appendix is minimally distended. Appendicial wall is thickened. No appendicolith is
seen. No collection is seen in right ilic fossa..
Opacified bowel loops are seen normally. No abnormally thickened / edematous bowel
loop is seen. No collection is seen. No bowel origin mass lesion is seen.

OPINION:
SUBACUTE APPENDICITIS.
