1. What is Capital Punishment?


Capital punishment, also known as the death penalty, is a government
sanctioned practice whereby a person is put to death by the state as a
punishment for a crime. The sentence that someone be punished in such a
manner is referred to as a death sentence, whereas the act of carrying out
the sentence is known as an execution. Crimes that can result in a death
penalty are known as capital crimes or capital offences
2. Is capital Punishment Just or Unjust?
Capital punishment should be there due to following reasons:

As we all know that due to relations in family some of the people


are safe even though they have done crimes.
If punishment is not given then criminal may do again crime.

If criminal is given death than society can come to know and


may criminals be aware.
It is good for the environment to be alert.

The criminal justice system is fair.

3. Conclusion
Capital punishment should be there in each country.
It is very helpful.
It taught the lesson to criminals not to crime.
